Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers, architects, and data scientists to innovate in AI and automation.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and predictive analytics.
- Ensure code quality, system reliability, and adherence to best practices across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with experience in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue).
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts or futuristic computing paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
