You will be at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Predictive Analytics, leading a team of elite engineers to build the infrastructure that will power the next generation of digital experiences.
In this role, you won't just maintain the status quo; you will dismantle it. We need a leader who understands the trajectory of emerging tech and can translate abstract 2026 concepts into scalable, production-ready architectures.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Stack: Lead the architectural vision for AI integration, quantum algorithm development, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies to ensure Nexus Horizon remains 3-5 years ahead of the market curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Scalability & Performance: Design systems capable of handling exabytes of data and complex, high-frequency quantum computations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role within high-scale tech environments.
- AI & ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and their application in futuristic tech scenarios.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing principles and the ability to integrate them into classical software architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
