Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for emerging technologies, identifying trends that will impact our industry in 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Direct a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers in prototyping and validating breakthrough technologies.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and innovative system architectures that integrate AI and machine learning seamlessly.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to experiment with cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to solve current business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of delivering high-impact projects.
