- Design and implement a scalable, future-proof architecture capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond, including AI-driven automation and quantum computing integration.
- Lead the migration strategy to next-generation cloud environments, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate advanced Generative AI models into core business workflows.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for the engineering team to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Conduct risk assessments on emerging technologies to determine feasibility and ROI for 2026 initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Engineering Manager role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
