Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence models into core product ecosystems and user experiences.
- Oversee R&D initiatives in Quantum Computing, assessing feasibility and scalability for commercial applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify disruptive technologies and competitive advantages.
- Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, AI, or hardware development.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science principles.
- Fundamental knowledge or strong interest in Quantum Computing algorithms and hardware architecture.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership in a high-growth tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
