You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies—such as Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Sustainable Tech—and integrating them into our core product architecture.
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between abstract future concepts and executable engineering roadmaps, ensuring our company remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning R&D efforts with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-driven systems and predictive models.
- Conduct feasibility studies on cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to determine viable use cases.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate future trends into tangible product features.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and future-proofing our infrastructure against rapid technological shifts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience in defining long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
