Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of systems targeting the 2026 technological horizon.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including Neural Networks and Edge Computing.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Define technical standards and best practices for scalable, secure, and future-proof software.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and frameworks that align with long-term strategic goals.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a demonstrated history of scaling high-traffic systems.
- Proven experience in designing machine learning pipelines and large-scale data processing architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse audiences.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or R&D environment is highly preferred.
