Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology vision for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, biotech, quantum) and lead pilot programs to integrate them into our core systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for the ethical use of advanced AI and emerging tech, ensuring alignment with 2026 regulatory standards.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting and resource planning for large-scale technological infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or visionary capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and predictive modeling.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate market trends and pivot technology strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
