Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision, focusing on the integration of emerging technologies like AI, AR/VR, and quantum computing.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate concepts that will define the future of user experiences.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of distributed, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external tech partners and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to the highest standards of security and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- AI/ML Expertise: Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms at scale.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, actionable technical specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
