Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 strategic roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and trends.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems using AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen automation tools to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and select new technologies that align with the company's long-term goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
