Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with long-term business goals.
- Pilot Emerging Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and pilot technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Spatial Computing for enterprise application.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with research institutions, tech incubators, and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Innovation Governance: Establish frameworks for R&D prioritization, ensuring resources are invested in high-impact, high-reward initiatives.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of futurists and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and future computing paradigms.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving innovation in dynamic environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
