Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for core product lines.
- Lead the R&D team in integrating emerging tech stacks (Quantum, Edge AI, AR/VR) into scalable production environments.
- Conduct feasibility studies for futuristic technologies and present strategic recommendations to the C-suite.
- Establish performance benchmarks for 2026 system targets and ensure architectural scalability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major technical transitions and digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to classical problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex future tech concepts into business value.
