Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging technologies to ensure our platforms remain future-proof by 2026.
- Technical Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, resilient systems that can handle next-generation workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Native technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product and business leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Code Review & Standards: Maintain the highest standards of code quality, security, and operational excellence across all projects.
- Crisis Management: Lead technical troubleshooting and disaster recovery efforts to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Futurism: Demonstrated ability to research and implement bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) ahead of market adoption.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse, high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or DevOps (e.g., CKAD) are a plus.
