Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies such as quantum-ready architectures and neuromorphic computing.
- Lead the architecture and design of distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with sub-millisecond latency.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive research initiatives into next-gen AI model deployment and edge computing paradigms.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in systems design, microservices, and distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, and Rust.
- Strong understanding of machine learning infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
