Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the technical vision for NovaTech leading up to 2026, identifying key technological milestones and opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies.
- Tech Assessment: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging tech stacks, assessing viability, scalability, and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Spearhead initiatives to secure intellectual property rights for novel technologies developed by the team.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit top-tier engineering talent specialized in future-forward technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Depth: Strong command of at least two of the following: Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), or Blockchain.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging tech trends to drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
