Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum algorithms and neural interface systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments for 2026 product launches
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ engineers and researchers through agile development cycles
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to investors and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026 ecosystem development
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-specific challenges in climate tech and healthcare
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or bio-integrated systems
- Track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
