- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental tech incubation
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with NASA and DARPA for space-age computing projects
- Mentor teams in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biomedical Engineering
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum/AI breakthroughs
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to commercialization
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing government grants for R&D projects
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
- Deep knowledge of ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards
