Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or leading high-tech R&D teams.
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with high ambiguity and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic thinking rather than quick fixes.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
