Responsibilities

- Lead the design of ethical AI frameworks and safety protocols to govern autonomous agent behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, including spatial computing and neural interfaces, into our core product suite.
- Optimize system performance and latency for real-time decision-making in high-stakes environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for future tech integration, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
