Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI, Quantum, and Spatial Computing convergence.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends to drive strategic business decisions and competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs for next-generation software and infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve on disruptive technologies.
- Communicate complex future technologies to stakeholders and non-technical leaders in an accessible manner.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks into our product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, software engineering, or product development.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and potential commercial applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects and agile teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
