Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Lead the R&D efforts in emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding practices, and security protocols.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of Cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with Machine Learning model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future tech trends is a significant plus.
