Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and piloting next-gen technologies (AI, AR/VR, Blockchain).
- Architect scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure systems.
- Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to drive innovation.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, engineering, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformation in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML principles and future computing paradigms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
