Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-native solutions using next-generation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of experimental technologies, ensuring they align with company standards.
- Define technical governance policies and best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Act as a mentor to senior engineers and a thought leader within the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically as they relate to the 2026 horizon.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
