Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and latency requirements.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Executive leadership to drive innovation and secure buy-in.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for future-proof development.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify technological gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of System Design and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations or large-scale infrastructure overhauls.
- Strong command of programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
