Key Objectives:
- Define the 2026 technical vision and 3-year architectural strategy.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI 2.0 models into core products.
- Ensure data sovereignty and quantum-resistant encryption standards.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient microservices architectures capable of handling high-frequency data streams and autonomous agent workflows.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-gen technologies including LLM fine-tuning, Neural Rendering, and Decentralized Identity (DID).
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security frameworks (Zero Trust) compliant with upcoming 2026 regulatory standards.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select technology partners and open-source frameworks critical to the 2026 infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering or systems architecture experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in Cloud Native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Skills: Proven experience with AI/ML model deployment, containerization, and edge computing architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategy in response to rapid technological change.
