Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our long-term technology stack, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge technology.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects that align with the company's future-state objectives and market demands.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, future-proof architectural frameworks that support rapid growth and integration of new technologies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future architectures adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architectural planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
