Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, ensuring our architecture can scale to meet anticipated market demands and technological advancements.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AI agents, edge computing, predictive analytics) to integrate them into our core product suite.
- System Architecture: Design enterprise-grade systems that are modular, decoupled, and capable of future-proofing our software ecosystem against obsolescence.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all 2026 roadmap initiatives adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to long-term product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and leading teams through high-pressure environments.
