Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance technical architectures capable of handling massive data loads and future growth.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including quantum computing integration and advanced AI models, to define the roadmap for 2026.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP; and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and an interest in quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
