Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability across all distributed systems.
- Design and implement microservices architectures that leverage the latest advancements in AI and edge computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for the engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments and proof-of-concept (PoC) validations for emerging technologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in designing and deploying large-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration (Istio/Linkerd).
- Proven track record of integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
