Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, distributed microservices and edge computing architectures capable of handling real-time neural data streams.
- Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as Quantum Key Distribution and Advanced Computer Vision to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to bridge the gap between complex backend systems and immersive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leading high-scale systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in C++, Rust, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Experience with spatial computing frameworks, AR/VR development, or neural network inference engines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
