Responsibilities

- System Scalability: Oversee the development of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) capable of handling high-volume, low-latency transactions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security standards and future regulatory landscapes.
- Talent Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers on advanced architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity or specialized futuristic tech role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proficiency in cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Knowledge: Demonstrated experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to foresee technological shifts and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
