Responsibilities

- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic hardware) and integrate them into the 2026 roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams to translate experimental prototypes into production-grade software.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data in decentralized environments.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for scalable coding.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and distributed systems frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
