- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure with specialized security credentials
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future technology trends
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI laws)
- Mastery of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical innovation leadership
