Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems supporting 2026+ tech paradigms (quantum-resistant cryptography, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI governance frameworks and ethical algorithm design
- Develop migration strategies for legacy systems to Web3.0 and decentralized infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects on emerging technology trends
- Drive innovation through patent development and thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in cloud-native systems (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed ledger tech
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, ML model governance, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record leading cross-functional tech initiatives
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or neuromorphic architecture
- Certifications in TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or blockchain architecture
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
