Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with published quantum computing research
- Expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure quantum service architectures
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ TPS
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Contributor to IEEE 2026 Digital Standards Committee
