- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security protocols for emerging tech stacks, ensuring data integrity in decentralized environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and edge computing.
- Deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or similar emerging technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
