Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision across technology verticals (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams
- Identify emerging market disruptors and competitive threats through data-driven analysis
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics (e.g., tech adoption curves, market penetration)
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong data analytics proficiency (Python, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy (articles/whitepapers)
- PMP or similar certification preferred
