- Produce executive-ready trend reports and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-viability of innovation concepts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated experience translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
