- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for 3-10 year futures
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published thought leadership
