Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision roadmap aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead scenario planning for climate-tech and AI disruption in key industries
- Identify and quantify billion-dollar market opportunities in emerging sectors
- Chair quarterly innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future-state frameworks to investors and board members
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for 2030 tech adoption
- Manage a $2M innovation fund for prototype development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of scaling ventures through disruptive market shifts
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience with UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Fluency in 3+ languages preferred
