Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 product suite, focusing on scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) into our existing infrastructure.
- System Design: Design robust microservices and cloud-native architectures that can handle high-velocity growth and complex data streams.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime and low latency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role guiding complex, large-scale projects.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and business value.
- Strategic Planning: Strong skills in technical roadmapping, budget management, and resource allocation for long-term projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
