- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Monitor global market trends in quantum computing and edge AI to identify emerging opportunities.
- Drive the recruitment and mentorship of top-tier engineering talent within the AI division.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI research, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep technical fluency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern NLP architectures.
- Proven track record of launching successful AI products or platforms from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act, US Executive Orders).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
