Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade applications by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Optimize for Edge Computing: Develop algorithms that function efficiently on distributed edge devices and real-time processing units.
- Define Technical Standards: Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that drive product innovation.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement safety protocols and fairness checks to ensure AI outputs are transparent and unbiased.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of system design patterns, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and high-performance computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
