Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Lead the R&D of autonomous agents and generative AI models for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business logic.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI and bias mitigation.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in real-world environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Rust.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, high-impact AI products.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
