Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy autonomous multi-agent systems capable of complex, independent decision-making.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for low-latency, high-reliability inference environments.
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, safety, and alignment.
- Collaborate with product strategists to roadmap AI capabilities for the 2026 technology cycle.
- Implement advanced vector search and semantic understanding for context-aware AI interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
