Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Measure and report KPIs for innovation maturity and ROI
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or corporate development
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, BioTech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling innovation programs across global enterprises
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized future-focused projects
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
