Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for post-singularity AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Spearhead the research and development of next-generation generative algorithms and predictive analytics.
- Define and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex software ecosystems.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-gen quantum-ready architectures.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation.
- Present technical roadmaps and future trends to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and edge computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
