Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8+ engineers in Agile development cycles
- Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS and microservices
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical interviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define roadmap priorities
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Optimize system performance and security protocols

Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade products
- Strong background in Agile/Sc methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CI/CD certification (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
