Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation of cloud-native microservices on AWS/Azure
- Mentor 5+ developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
- Drive CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust monitoring and observability with Prometheus/Grafana
- Champion DevOps best practices including IaC and infrastructure security
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development with Go/Python/Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Proven leadership experience in agile development environments
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation with Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Immediate availability to start within 1 week
