Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Provide end-user training on software/system best practices
- Manage inventory and procurement of IT assets/equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks
- Support cloud-based services (Azure, AWS) and SaaS applications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support/helpdesk experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, PowerShell, and enterprise networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
